What we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, phone number or email address, and the information you choose to share about what is bothering you, including relevant health information such as recent injury or surgery. This site does not have a contact form; information reaches us through WhatsApp, phone or email.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to you, arrange appointments and deliver treatment safely. Health information is used only to decide whether massage is suitable and how to adapt it.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent and on the performance of our agreement with you. For health information we rely on your explicit consent, given when you share it with us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and arrange your appointment. Treatment notes are kept for as long as necessary to provide safe ongoing care, and then deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Messages sent to us travel through the messaging, phone and email providers you choose to use.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise any of these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
