About these terms
These terms apply to massage services provided by Cristina Massage UK, a sole trader business run by Cristina Iatcu in Harrow, London.
Booking
Appointments are arranged by WhatsApp or phone. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time by message or call. No deposit is taken.
Prices and payment
1 hour costs £50 and 2 hours costs £80. These are the total prices you pay. Payment is made at the end of your session.
Cancellations and lateness
Please let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move your appointment. If you arrive late, the session may need to finish at the original time so the following client is not affected.
Health and suitability
You agree to tell us about health conditions, recent injuries, recent surgery, illness or skin conditions before your session. We may decline or adapt treatment where it would not be appropriate. Massage is not medical treatment and is not a substitute for advice from your GP or doctor.
Conduct
This is a professional therapeutic service. Any inappropriate behaviour or request will end the session immediately and the full fee will remain payable.
Location
Treatments take place in a private therapy room at the therapist's home in Harrow. Visits to clients' homes or workplaces are not offered.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our responsibility is limited to the fee paid for the session concerned.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
