Services

Every session begins with a short conversation about what is bothering you, how long it has been going on and how you would like to feel afterwards. Pressure is checked as we go and adjusted at any point.

Deep tissue massage

My main treatment. Slow, firm work through the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release long-held tightness in the back, shoulders, neck, hips and legs. Pressure is built up gradually and kept at a level you can breathe through.

Therapeutic massage

A focused, problem-led session built around one or two areas that are troubling you, combining techniques to reduce discomfort and restore easier movement.

Massage for muscular tension

For tight, tired muscles from desk work, driving, training or stress. Sustained pressure and stretching techniques on the areas that hold most, typically the neck, shoulders and lower back.

Post-injury recovery massage

Gentle, gradual work to support recovery once an injury has settled and you have been cleared to have massage. Please tell me about the injury and any treatment you have had before we book.

Anti-cellulite massage

Brisk, rhythmic massage of the thighs, hips and upper arms, often combined with cupping, to work the tissue and leave the skin feeling firmer and more toned.

Facial massage

A calm, detailed massage of the face, neck and scalp using light, precise strokes to release jaw and brow tension and leave the face feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Manual lymphatic drainage

Very light, slow, rhythmic strokes following the natural direction of the lymphatic system. A gentle, quiet treatment that many people find deeply restful and helpful for a feeling of puffiness or heaviness.

Relaxing abdominal massage

A gentle, relaxing abdominal technique using slow, light circular strokes over the tummy for comfort and relaxation. It is a soothing comfort treatment only.

What a session involves

You will be shown into the therapy room, given privacy to get comfortable on the couch and covered with towels throughout — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Work is done with oil or wax, and the session ends with a few minutes to get up slowly and some simple advice for the days that follow.

Cupping and hot stones

I use cupping and hot stones within a session where they suit the work being done. Cupping uses suction cups to lift and free tight tissue; hot stones use warmth to soften muscle before deeper work. Both are discussed with you first, and neither costs extra.

Postural work

Alongside massage I offer postural work: releasing the muscular tension that pulls you out of shape, along with simple, practical posture advice you can use at your desk, in the car and at home.

Your health and safety

Please talk to me before booking if you have a health condition, so we can decide together whether massage is right for you at the moment.

For any serious or persistent problem, please see your GP or a doctor. Massage supports how you feel, but it is not medical treatment or diagnosis.

Please contact me first if you have had

  • Recent surgery
  • A recent injury
  • An acute illness, fever or infection
  • A skin infection or broken skin in the area

None of these automatically mean no — they simply mean we should talk before you book.

Ready when you are

Booking is by WhatsApp or phone. Send a message with what is bothering you and we will arrange a time.
